These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BotBuddy website, Shopify apps, tools, and related services provided by BOTBUDDYLLP ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy is incorporated into and forms part of your agreement when you access or use our services.

By installing our apps, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Standard terms

These standard terms apply to our website, Shopify app development, AI automation services, store audits, and consulting engagements unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

• You must provide accurate information when using our services or contacting us.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify store, accounts, and API credentials.
• You may not misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or use our tools for unlawful purposes.

Shopify apps

Our Shopify apps are subject to Shopify's terms and policies in addition to these Terms. App pricing, billing, and subscriptions are handled through the Shopify App Store unless otherwise agreed in writing. App-specific privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy and individual app policies where applicable.

Service availability

We aim to keep our website and apps available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, third-party hosting providers, Shopify platform issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Refunds

Refunds for paid Shopify app subscriptions are governed by Shopify App Store billing policies and the pricing terms shown at the time of purchase. For custom development or agency services, refund terms will be specified in your proposal or contract.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOTBUDDYLLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Our rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We do not guarantee exclusivity in any market segment and may serve merchants in the same industry.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You and BOTBUDDYLLP submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Siliguri, West Bengal, India for disputes arising under these Terms or related to services we provide.
